The above is a photo of our alehouse fencing dagger blade. Blades are available in lengths from 24 inches, down to 20 inches. Be sure to specify what blade length you prefer when ordering. If not specified the default length is 24 inches. Alehouse dagger blades are approximately 5/8 inches wide at the shoulder of the tang and taper to a widened 5/16 inch tip. Tangs are 6 1/2 inches long overall including threading. They are approximately 5/8 inches wide at the shoulder of the blade and taper to 3/8 inches wide below the 6×1 Metric threading. Alehouse dagger blades can be made to the same stiffnesses as longer fencing blades. If you require a specific stiffness let us know at the time you order along with the testing method. For information regarding the stiffness of blades click on the following link to the blade testing page. Dagger blades, hilted or unhilted, are shipped without rubber or plastic blunts. Rubber bird blunts may be ordered separately. For loose blunts, follow the link to the left to the long blade page. Complete unhilted Alehouse dagger blade cost $60.
